1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyCaseHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use MyCaseHub for legal practice management purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

The MyCaseHub platform, including all software, design, and content, is the property of MyCaseHub and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyCaseHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, India.
